Homeowner Protection Guarantee
Chmiel’s Home Care Company guarantees only the area waterproofed against leakage per the life of the structure. Any service of this area, if required at any time, will be at the expense of the company.
This guarantee does not provide coverage: 1) in instances of flooding or other extreme acts of weather; or 2) due to mechanical failure caused by lack of electricity or faulty equipment (i.e., sump pumps, etc.); or 3) due to the failure of other systems to which our system may be connected. In these instances, service, if required, will be at the expense of the owner.
